As a sustainable staging company, our mission is to create spaces that feel authentically lived in by curating a collection of pre-loved furnishings and works of art with a mid-century or post-modern flare. Unlike most staging companies, our interiors evoke a sense of comfort and realism, allowing for a buyer to have a memorable walkthrough while envisioning themselves making a home in the property that is up for sale. Additionally, as real estate agents ourselves, we aim to make the staging experience as advantageous as possible for the sellers and agents involved. We do not place a timeline on our staging services. We charge a flat rate and allow our furnishings to remain in the property until it has cleared to close. We also partner with a local real estate photographer who will complete a photo profile within a 24hr turn around after staging has been completed.
